Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure that organizational processes remain efficient, measurable, and aligned with strategic objectives. This position is ideal for a structured professional who can coordinate teams, improve workflows, monitor operational performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will serve as an important link between management and operational teams, ensuring that priorities are translated into practical execution. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in operations or business administration.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
