Position Overview

The Manager will lead initiatives focused on renewable-energy development, sustainable infrastructure, and clean-technology transformation. The role combines project management, energy strategy, operational planning, sustainability, investment analysis, and infrastructure development.

The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support the delivery of projects designed to improve energy efficiency, expand renewable generation, and contribute to Estonia’s evolving sustainable-energy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for renewable-energy and sustainable-infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate solar, wind, energy-storage, and energy-efficiency projects.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and operational performance.
• Evaluate potential renewable-energy investments and development opportunities.
• Work with engineers, environmental specialists, contractors, and external partners.
• Analyze energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support feasibility studies and technical-commercial assessments.
• Develop project business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor sustainability performance and environmental objectives.
• Coordinate regulatory, permitting, procurement, and stakeholder activities.
• Evaluate emerging clean-energy technologies.
• Prepare management reports, project documentation, and performance assessments.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support long-term infrastructure planning and investment decisions.

Candidate Profile
