Position Overview

The Developer will build sophisticated payment and financial-technology applications supporting digital transactions, merchant services, financial APIs, and interconnected payment ecosystems.

This position requires strong software-engineering capabilities and an understanding of systems that must operate reliably under high transaction volumes. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of secure and scalable services supporting payment processing, transaction workflows, reconciliation, and financial integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop software services supporting digital-payment and transaction-processing platforms.
• Build APIs connecting fintech applications with banks, merchants, payment providers, and external technology platforms.
• Develop secure transaction workflows and validation mechanisms.
• Create scalable backend services for high-volume payment activity.
• Build event-driven applications supporting real-time transaction processing.
• Support integrations involving payment gateways and financial APIs.
• Develop services supporting transaction tracking and operational monitoring.
• Work with financial operations teams to improve reconciliation and transaction workflows.
• Implement robust error handling and recovery mechanisms.
• Optimize software performance for speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop automated tests covering critical financial workflows.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect sensitive financial data.
• Participate in architecture discussions involving microservices and distributed systems.
• Monitor production systems and investigate technical incidents.
• Maintain documentation covering APIs, software services, and technical integrations.

Candidate Profile
