About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable Consultant to support organizations in improving regulatory technology, compliance processes, risk controls, and technology-enabled governance.

The successful candidate will examine existing processes, identify regulatory and operational requirements, and help design practical solutions that improve compliance efficiency without unnecessarily slowing business innovation.

You will work with compliance, legal, technology, product, risk, and operations teams to translate complex requirements into structured processes, technology specifications, and implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing compliance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze regulatory requirements relevant to digital financial services.
• Support the design of technology-enabled compliance processes.
• Develop compliance assessments, implementation plans, and recommendations.
• Work with product and engineering teams on regulatory technology requirements.
• Review internal controls and identify potential process weaknesses.
• Support compliance automation and workflow initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential business implications.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in compliance, consulting, fintech, banking, RegTech, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of digital products and technology-driven business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
