About the Role

We are seeking a capable Developer to contribute to the design and implementation of blockchain-based applications and Web3 infrastructure supporting modern financial services.

The successful candidate will work across decentralized applications, blockchain integrations, smart-contract interfaces, APIs, and supporting backend services. You will collaborate with product, security, engineering, and business teams to turn technical concepts into reliable digital solutions.

This position is suited to a developer who is comfortable working with emerging technologies and interested in the practical application of blockchain within financial and digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain blockchain-enabled applications and services.
• Build integrations between blockchain networks and conventional financial systems.
• Develop APIs and backend services supporting Web3 applications.
• Work with smart-contract interfaces and blockchain data.
• Conduct technical testing and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to improve application security.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and development frameworks.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Professional software-development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or similar languages.
• Understanding of blockchain architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and databases.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, wallets, blockchain nodes, or decentralized applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Interest in emerging Web3 and financial technologies.
