About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Consultant to advise organizations on digital finance, technology transformation, operational improvement, and emerging financial-technology opportunities.

The successful candidate will combine research, quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and client engagement to develop practical recommendations for complex business challenges. You will assess existing operating models, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, and help translate strategic concepts into executable programs.

The position requires intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand both business and technical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic and operational assessments for digital-finance initiatives.
• Research fintech, payments, banking, technology, and market developments.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate technology and operating-model alternatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, analytical reports, and project documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
• Analyze financial and operational performance indicators.
• Monitor project outcomes and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in consulting, fintech, banking, financial services, technology, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, research, and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of digital products, financial operations, and technology trends.
• Strong proficiency with business-analysis and presentation tools.
