ABOUT THE JOB

As a Software Tester, you will be working with an enthusiastic CRM team of IT and business professionals across the Baltic countries. Being part of Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe in SEB Baltics, the CRM team is responsible for the development and smooth implementation of CRM processes and customer relationship services across multiple business areas. We combine strong engineering practices with a focus on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. The team follows an agile way of working using the Scrum framework. You’ll join a collaborative environment where learning, support, and knowledge sharing are part of our daily work. You will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of solutions used by SEB employees and customers.

This role calls for a hands-on mindset, strong sense of responsibility and close collaboration.  Attention to detail, quality, and timely delivery is at the heart of everything we do.

• Contribute to defining requirements and estimating development effort

• Performing manual and automated testing

• Identifying, documenting and tracking software defects

• Creating and maintaining detailed and well-structured test plans, test cases and test scripts and implementing them

• Ensuring proper solution integration and smooth deployments as QA responsible in the team

• Troubleshooting issues and verifying bug fixes and ensuring solutions work as expected

• Supporting integrations, deployments and release activities from a QA perspective

• Collaborating with software developers, business analysts and the Product Owner to improve solutions’ quality

• Sharing QA knowledge and contribute to the team’s development

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing

• Good understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes

• Experience designing effective test cases and test scenarios

• Experience with API testing and test automation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Good communication skills and collaborative approach

• Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn

• Strong written and spoken English skills
