About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to define, scale, and optimize the sales operating model across  Food’s Grocery & Retail business.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sales and operations, with ownership of sales process, performance frameworks and operating rhythm across markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that sales teams are set up with the right structure, tools and guidelines to drive efficient and predictable growth.

You will lead the design of end to end sales proecsses (lead – opportunity – close), own pipeline management and forecasting and enable local teams through clear playbooks, training and performance frameworks to help scale Bolt’s rapidly growing business in Warsaw, Poland or Tallinn, Estonia.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Define the heartbeat of our sales organization by designing KPI frameworks that aren’t just numbers, but realistic, ambitious roadmaps for our Regional Managers.
  • Take ownership of our sales forecasting and pipeline health, turning data into a crystal ball that predicts risks and identifies opportunities long before they happen.
  • From lead to close, design and standardize a world-class sales process, creating the “Rules of Engagement” that allow us to scale seamlessly across new markets.
  • Constantly hunting down bottlenecks in the sales cycle to ensure our teams are leaner, faster, and more effective.
  • Building the ultimate toolkit, developing high-impact sales playbooks and pitch frameworks that help our teams win across every customer segment.
  • Lead the charge in training, leveling up our local teams in everything from complex negotiations to master-level tool usage.

About you

  • You have a proven track record in Sales/Revenue Ops or Management Consulting, with a deep-seated understanding of how winning sales cycles actually work.
  • You don’t just “look” at data; you interpret funnel health and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable improvements that the whole team can get behind.
  • You are an expert at designing end-to-end workflows and have a knack for making complicated systems feel simple and scalable.
  • You are a power user of Salesforce (or similar ecosystems) and feel right at home navigating BI tools to pull insights from multiple data sources.
  • You are a pro at stakeholder management, capable of gaining buy-in from senior sales leaders and working cross-functionally to get things done.
  • You bring a high-ownership attitude and thrive in high-growth environments. If you’re familiar with AI tools to boost efficiency, that’s a massive plus!
