What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for our Billing Experience team, building an experience that makes using insurance and paying for care an intuitive experience for clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our UXR, Client Support, and Data teams to identify the main opportunities for improvement in our billing experience as it relates to insurance and payments.
  • In collaboration with our Design team, define and deliver an end to end experience that removes friction across insurance and payments while translating complex concepts such as deductibles and coverage changes into clear, intuitive, and actionable experiences for clients.
  • Launch features with a meaningful and measurable impact to client retention and experience.
