How You’ll Help Take Us There
- Install, configure, and administer workstations, laptops, and handheld devices.
- Provide in-person and remote help desk support to a professional end-user community.
- Troubleshoot application and performance issues on end-user devices.
- Administer the firm’s mobile device management (MDM) platform.
- Support and troubleshoot wireless networks and remote access platforms.
- Partner with vendors to diagnose issues and repair or replace faulty hardware components.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests from end users and clients.
- Conduct proofs of concept and evaluations to test and validate desktop technologies.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track incidents and work items in ticketing systems, and maintain clear documentation.
- Support IT projects as needed.
