How You’ll Help Take Us There

  • Install, configure, and administer workstations, laptops, and handheld devices.
  • Provide in-person and remote help desk support to a professional end-user community.
  • Troubleshoot application and performance issues on end-user devices.
  • Administer the firm’s mobile device management (MDM) platform.
  • Support and troubleshoot wireless networks and remote access platforms.
  • Partner with vendors to diagnose issues and repair or replace faulty hardware components.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and service requests from end users and clients.
  • Conduct proofs of concept and evaluations to test and validate desktop technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track incidents and work items in ticketing systems, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Support IT projects as needed.
