ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Application Support Specialist to join our Document Management & Workflow Systems area under IT division. You will be responsible for IT service management to maintain technical solutions ensuring efficiency, security, resilience, performance and compliance with Luminor standards. You will be a part of a pan-Baltic team and interact with various stakeholders, including other IT teams and suppliers.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Support IT applications to resolve incidents and handle access management
  • Develop and maintain IT services and IT Assets related documentation, knowledge, instructions and artefacts, including disaster and IT service recovery plans, root-cause analysis and third parties’ management.
  • Analyzing and implementing IT service and process controls, and helping assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Support on the implementation of IT processes and respective controls within the area of responsibility, and report respective status and KPI-s.
  • Prepare regular reports on IT services incidents, security, operations performance, utilization, license usage, risk assessments, and compliance for senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve system functionality, and develop best practices and standards.
  • Training and mentoring on specialized technologies and tools and providing support as an SME to improve capabilities and processes.
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT services management (ITSM) and production support
  • Knowledge in Windows/Linux OS and/or AWS cloud for troubleshooting
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
  • Experience in document management services is a huge plus.
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
