JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an Office 365 Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team and help shape the future of modern workplace solutions in banking. This is your opportunity to play a key role in optimizing and securing collaboration tools that support thousands of users in a dynamic and regulated environment.
What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services.
- Lead migration projects and upgrades related to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security; implement improvements and automation where possible.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure O365 services meet all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for O365 usage and administration.
- Act as a senior escalation point for O365-related incidents and service requests.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft roadmap updates, releases, and best practices.
What We Expect:
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies, with deep technical knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale migrations and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance features in Microsoft 365 (e.g., DLP, eDiscovery, Conditional Access, MFA).
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably banking or finance.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Messaging Administrator Associate are a strong plus.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
