ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Engineer to join our team and ensure the stability, security, and performance of our Windows-based infrastructure. You will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.
What You Will Do:
- Perform hands-on engineering work on Windows Server environments.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including patching and hardening.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Solve problems and actively engage in incident resolution.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
- Propose and implement improvements to infrastructure and processes.
- Manage systems’ lifecycle: updating, patching, upgrading, and optimization.
- Handle configuration management and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deliver work in a timely manner while adhering to regulatory policies and procedures.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience with Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.
- Experience with AD/Azure integration.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Understanding of security principles and compliance standards.
- Experience in building and managing Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to analyze existing infrastructure and troubleshoot incidents.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
