How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead day-to-day activities of the Baltic team, ensuring that all processes related to Securities and Fund area products processing are completed accurately, within agreed service levels, and in compliance with internal bank’s regulations
- Organize cross-country Securities and Fund back-office operations in Baltics, cross-country process verification and alignment on Baltic level
- Prioritize and assign daily tasks to team members based on workload, skills, and priorities to ensure balanced and efficient work distribution. Ensure the team has access to the necessary resources, tools and training to perform tasks efficiently
- Monitor demand for services, team capacity and workload distribution, adjusting assignments as needed to meet agreed service levels, quality standards, and prevent bottlenecks. Implement corrective actions as needed
- Track team and individual performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all team functions
- Lead team meetings to share updates, clarify objectives, address challenges, and promote a collaborative environment where team members can effectively support each other.
- Address day-to-day challenges that arise within team processes, implementing effective solutions to maintain process continuity. Escalate complex issues to the Unit Manager or relevant departments as needed, ensuring timely resolution while keeping all stakeholders informed. Quickly identify operational issues and analyze root causes to minimize impact on team performance and service delivery. Actively assist team members in resolving any operational issues
- Ensure that risks within the team are effectively identified, assessed, mitigated and monitored
- Ensure accuracy of completed work and compliance of process execution with internal and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement culture across Team, encourage employees to brainstorm improvement proposals, evaluate and verify proposals raised by employees. Propose process improvements based on recurring issues or bottlenecks, collaborating with team members to refine workflows and enhance efficiency
- Lead and support the team by setting clear roles, empowering goal-setting, fostering development, managing performance and risk, and ensuring alignment with strategy and values
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Previous managerial experience 1-3 years, or Securities and Fund area work experience more then 5 years, or experience in driving change initiatives
- Knowledge of Securities and Fund area products and processes
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements within Securities and fund products area
- Strong understanding of business process management
- Management experience in production environment through standardized managerial processes
- Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
