We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our Franchise team and help scale across new and existing markets. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic franchise partnership management. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with franchise partners, guiding them toward operational excellence, and leading an internal team to drive performance across your region. This role can be based in London or Tallinn. Bolt Rides operates in 50+ countries across Europe, Africa, and beyond – and we’re just getting started. Main tasks and responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners across your region.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, ensuring alignment on goals, standards, and expectations.
Coach and guide partners on best practices for operations, growth strategies, and service quality.
Proactively address partner concerns and resolve issues to maintain healthy, productive partnerships.
Own regional performance metrics, including growth, P&L, and operational efficiency.
Identify market opportunities and challenges, developing action plans to address them.
Design, implement, and scale operational processes across franchise markets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing internal team.
Hire top talent and create an environment where people can grow and thrive.
Work closely with HQ stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to support franchise markets.
Manage regional legal, PR, and government relations matters in coordination with central teams.
Translate local insights into recommendations for product improvements and strategic initiatives.

About you:

5+ years of experience in operations, business development, franchise management, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing external partnerships or franchise relationships
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Fluent in English, plus Arabic speaking comes as a benefit.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, or the broader tech/sharing economy.
Background in franchise operations, consulting, or scaling businesses internationally.
Familiarity with markets across MENA.
