About the role
The role partners closely with Finance sub-teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, Reporting) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects with financial impact are delivered efficiently, on time, within scope and in line with governance and compliance standards. The position acts as a bridge between Finance and the wider organization, bringing structure, transparency, and disciplined execution to change initiatives and process improvements.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between Finance and business teams on initiatives with financial impact, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Manage Finance-related projects from initiation to completion, maintaining clear plans, defined responsibilities, and proactive risk tracking to ensure timely delivery.
Provide regular project updates and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to support alignment and execution.
Support governance processes for financial and regulatory changes, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and audit trail maintenance.
Contribute to continuous improvement within Finance by supporting process optimization, financial systems implementation, and adoption of project management tools (e.g., Jira).
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or a related field with proven years of project management experience, ideally within Finance or IT in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira preferred).
Basic understanding of Finance processes and financial systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
CAPM, Prince2 or other relevant project management certification is a plus; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
