About the role
We are looking for a People Analytics & Payroll Specialist to join our People team in Estonia.
This is a high-impact role for an analytical architect who enjoys building the “single source of truth.” You will own the data journey, from ensuring seamless data flow between our HRIS, Finance, and other systems to building the dashboards that drive our leadership decisions.
You will also ensure data translates into operational reality by overseeing our European payroll coordination.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape and refine our People Data & Analytics data flows and People Systems tech stack.
Your main responsibilities are:People analytics & Data governance 📊

Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain People data dashboards and reports to track key metrics and data flow.

Enable data-driven leadership by interpreting people data, providing strategic recommendations, and building the necessary tools for business efficiency.

Drive data integrity initiatives across all global HR systems, partnering with international teams to standardize data entry and ensure our people’s data remains the “single source of truth”.
Payroll coordination & data flow 💰

End-to-End Payroll Ownership: Own the flow of people data for Europe payroll (Finland, UK, Germany, Estonia), ensuring total accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency between the HRIS, finance systems, and external partners.

Support the efficiency alignment between different systems globally to ensure data travels seamlessly across the organization.

Act as the primary gatekeeper for payroll data, ensuring all inputs are validated and comply with local regulations and company policies.
People & data strategic projects 📈

Compensation Modeling: Support the creation and maintenance of the company-wide compensation model, including salary bands, by utilizing internal data and external market benchmarks.

Other Strategic Projects: Provide deep analytical support for workforce planning, performance enablement, and other high-priority People team initiatives.

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

Proven experience working with data, with a strong preference for People or HR analytics

A strong analytical and quantitative mindset with the ability to interpret data, tell a compelling story, and build data technical solutions

Mastery of Google Sheets for complex data manipulation and analysis

Experience with HRIS and employee-related data management and visualisation systems such as BambooHR, Looker Studio, Deputy, or similar

A foundational understanding of (or a keen interest in mastering) payroll coordination and employment laws in Finland and Estonia; additional knowledge of the UK and German markets is a major advantage

Proficiency in English; Estonian language is beneficial

Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
