About the role
As a Catalog Operations Manager, you will you will ensure that our platform accurately reflects the breadth and quality of products available in our merchants’ physical stores – driving SKU accuracy, product discoverability, and overall menu quality to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and unlock commercial growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Take ownership of end-to-end projects, turning complex challenges into streamlined, high-impact solutions.
Influence the roadmap by identifying market trends and translating them into actionable growth opportunities.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, world-class user experience.
Analyze key performance metrics to refine processes, ensuring our operations are as lean as they are effective.
Act as a technical or operational North Star, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

About you:
You don’t just meet targets; you have a history of smashing them in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You possess the “detective” skills to dive deep into data and the “architect” skills to build from your findings.
You can distill technical jargon into “boardroom-ready” insights that inspire stakeholders at all levels.
You thrive in the “grey area,” pivoting quickly when priorities shift without losing sight of the finish line.
You are a power user of Excel/G-Sheet skills are a must (Python or SQL knowledge is a plus.
