JOB  DETAILS

• Take responsibility for troubleshooting incidents
• Formulate theories, test hypotheses, and narrow down possibilities to identify the root cause
• Communicate effectively with various teams across the company
• Solve problems and propose improvements to current solutions
• Ensure that products operate reliably 24/7
• Work with documentation to support ongoing processes and knowledge sharing

• Can scriptbasic programming languages (Python or Bash,etc..)
• Are familiar with Git, Puppet, and Grafana.
• Understand the fundamentals of Linux OS and Networking.
• Have working knowledge of SQL and can write simple queries.
• Take ownership of your tasks and enjoy working independently.
• Manage your time efficiently and consistently deliver on commitments.
• Are curious by nature and like to dig into details to understand how systems work.

• Having higher education in IT
• Previous experience with Web servers (Apache, Nginx)
• Having experience with AWS cloud
