The Job in a NutshellIn this role, you will bring our local marketing strategy to life by planning and executing campaigns, creating content, coordinating paid media, and managing digital assets. Your work will boost brand visibility, engage customers, and support revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the local marketing team, CRM, digital marketing, and external partners to ensure all initiatives are on brand and deliver results. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Managing Coolbet’s social media channels in Estonia (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and creating or sourcing engaging content for posts and the website, including blogs, press releases, videos, images, and podcasts.

• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing content and campaign performance across channels, including local Sportsbook, Casino, and Poker campaigns.

• Coordinating campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery of banners, videos, and promotional materials.

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads.

• Managing sponsorships and marketing events, collaborating with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors, and supporting smaller marketing initiatives in Estonia, such as sports events and poker tournaments.

• Coordinating with Digital Marketing, CRM, affiliates, and vendors to deliver creative assets on time.

• Collaborating with different departments to make sure campaigns are on brand, effective, and delivering results.

You’re good at

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or similar roles, with iGaming experience being a plus, supported by a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian.

• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills, a good graphical sense, and the ability to produce engaging content.

• Strong communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and great attention to detail.

• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.

• Good understanding of sports, with an interest in gaming being an advantage.
