Capabilities and experience

• Degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including 2+ years leading a team of project managers
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (minimum C1)
• Experience working in regulated and/or technical environments
• Ability to build, implement, and optimise PMO processes and systems
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the PMO function, including methodologies, tools, and governance
• Own and maintain the master schedule across all projects
•  Act as the main operational point of contact for clients
• Ensure clear project reporting, KPI tracking, and decision-making visibility
•  Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-functional projects in a technical / life sciences environment
