Role Overview
The Engineer will design, build, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure supporting high-performance fintech applications, financial APIs, transaction systems, and data-intensive platforms.

This position is suited to an engineer who understands that financial technology infrastructure must combine scalability, reliability, observability, automation, and strong security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure for fintech applications and financial platforms.
• Develop highly available environments capable of supporting critical financial workloads.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for technology and financial-service applications.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement monitoring and observability across applications, infrastructure, and transaction services.
• Support disaster-recovery, backup, and business-continuity capabilities.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve application deployment and infrastructure reliability.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and standardized engineering practices.
• Investigate performance degradation, outages, and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Contribute to infrastructure security, access management, and system hardening.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies relevant to financial technology environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or fintech technology.
• Strong experience with major cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of containers, orchestration, networking, databases, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, reliability engineering, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with financial or transaction-processing systems is advantageous.
