About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Coordinator to support the delivery of technology transformation and innovation initiatives across a modern digital-finance environment.

The successful candidate will connect teams, projects, schedules, information, and deliverables to help ensure that transformation programs progress efficiently. You will work with technology, product, operations, finance, cybersecurity, and business teams, making this a highly collaborative position.

This role requires excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to understand how different technology initiatives contribute to broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across digital-transformation and technology projects.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Organize meetings, workshops, project reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Maintain project documentation, action registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate communication between technical and business teams.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up with responsible stakeholders.
• Assist project managers with planning and implementation activities.
• Support technology pilots, innovation initiatives, and process-improvement programs.
• Prepare project dashboards and progress summaries for management.
• Identify scheduling, communication, or execution issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Help maintain consistent project-management processes across transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination, technology operations, digital transformation, or business administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with project-management platforms and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong attention to deadlines and documentation quality.
• Ability to work comfortably with both technical and business professionals.
• Understanding of Agile or other modern project-delivery methodologies is advantageous.
