JOB ROLE
This role is perfect for you if:
✅ You have 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing content within a B2B setting, ideally in a SaaS environment.
✅ You’re looking for a full-time, remote position with a salary range of €3,000 to €3,500 per month.
✅ You understand B2B SaaS companies, how they work, and the pain points involved when it comes to marketers and marketing teams in this field.

🦸 Responsibilities:

Help build and manage our LinkedIn employee advocacy program, setting up the systems that enable our key team members to turn their insights into helpful and engaging posts. (You will not be expected to ghostwrite posts.)

Similarly assist in our founder’s LinkedIn presence, helping spark post ideas, build a posting schedule, and assist in general content management.

Work with our GTM Engineer to create content for ABM and outbound campaigns.

Write up engaging case studies that detail the results our clients have while using our services.

Be the “editor” for our email newsletter, sourcing the content as well as creating and sending the campaigns.

Assist where necessary in the management of any live events, podcasts, and webinars being produced by our founder and growth team.

Where appropriate, make use of AI to aid in productivity as well as in creating content that still resonates and hits quality standards.
📌 Requirements:

You have a portfolio to share that showcases your best work as a content creator across different platforms and mediums.

You can communicate how your previous work impacted overall growth.

You understand how to write and create content for LinkedIn—formatting posts, writing hooks, finding topics, etc.

You’re highly organised. You don’t just know what good content looks like, but also how to build systems and calendars that enable you to produce it at scale.

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys both bringing new ideas to the table and executing on them.

Proactive, curious, and resourceful. You communicate clearly and collaborate well with marketing and growth teammates.

Experience with ClickUp & Slack.

Ability and excitement to use AI to deliver faster, better results.

You have worked in a digital marketing agency.

You’ve been in charge of writing or helping produce content for a B2B founder or subject matter expert’s LinkedIn profile.

Experience with “employee advocacy” programs and getting team members to post consistently on LinkedIn or other social channels.

Experience with SEO and writing content that ranks in search engines. Double bonus points for anything AI SEO related.
