About the role
In this role, you will support supplier operations, SKU and content management, invoicing, and data quality, working closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and a great customer experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Execute local and global operational and administrative tasks with high quality and timeliness
Own supplier onboarding by collecting required data and ensuring compliance with internal SOPs
Manage SKU listings and product content, including data accuracy, pricing updates, and merchandising support
Handle invoicing and credit notes related to inventory and growth tools, tracking outstanding payments
Place purchase orders and monitor fulfillment to ensure strong SKU availability and supplier performance
Maintain data quality across systems and support process improvements and automation initiatives
About you:
Experience in operations, business operations, retail, ecommerce, or a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Solid analytical skills with strong Excel and MS Office proficiency
Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
