Description

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who deeply understands B2B banking and has proven experience implementing CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) in a complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce for Legal Entities
  • Realize the “Customer 360 View” concept: integrating data on loans, leasing, factoring, and deposits into a single profile
  • Design and optimize KYC and Onboarding processes to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Manage the backlog, prioritize features for the MVP and subsequent rollouts, ensuring maximum business value delivery

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Essential Domain Knowledge (Must-Haves):

  • Commercial Banking Processes: Deep understanding of how banks sell to and serve legal entities (SME, Corp). You must know what an RM (Relationship Manager) does daily, how complex client hierarchies (groups of companies) work, and how a Lead converts into a Deal
  • Sales & Service Cloud Logic: Understanding standard CRM concepts: Pipeline Management, Activity Logging, 360-degree views, and Case Management in a banking context
  • Data Privacy & Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR, bank secrecy, and access control principles within a CRM

Requirements:

  • CRM Implementation: At least 3-5 years of experience implementing Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) or similar Enterprise CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Siebel) in the banking sector. Understanding of the “Lead-to-Deal” architecture
  • B2B/Corporate Domain: Deep understanding of the corporate client lifecycle: Onboarding, KYC/AML, Credit Origination (applications, limits), Account Management
  • Integration Mindset: Understanding of CRM integration principles with the credit pipeline and Core Banking System. You must understand how customer data (Customer 360) is aggregated from various sources (internal systems and external registries)
  • Migration Experience: Experience migrating data and processes from legacy systems to modern stacks. Understanding the pain points of moving from manual/decentralized processes to automated flows
  • Backlog Management & Prioritization
  • Requirements Preparation
  • Agile Execution: Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Review). Ability to ensure the dev team is unblocked and understands what to build and why
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to act as the daily bridge between Business and IT. Not just forward emails, but translate “Banker language” into “Developer language” and vice versa
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Why You Will Love Working Here:

  • Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
  • International teams. Teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun
  • Culture. You’ll be joining a team where things move fast, ideas flow freely, and change is part of the everyday. It’s a dynamic environment that keeps you learning, growing, and never bored
  • More vacation. Additional weeks of vacation are available to all employees who have been in the company for 1 year or more
  • Volunteer time off. We care about giving back to society, therefore, you will get additional days off for volunteering purposes
  • Paid leave.
  • Health benefits. A competitive benefits package in addition to your salary that includes health insurance after the first 3 months pass in all three Baltic states, as well as Health days in case of your absence due to sickness without a doctor’s note needed
  • Wellbeing. Access to tools and resources that help you feel good and be productive at work and in life
  • Professional growth. Internal and external training programs, LinkedIn learning, workshops, conferences, online training, etc.
  • Gross salary. 3,400 – 5,000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
