We are offering exciting challenges for enthusiastic talents to join us as
PRODUCTION SPECIALISTS
on a fixed-term basis for 6 months and ensure happy customers get amazing refurbished iPhones during the end-of-year high season.
In this role, you will work at our Operations site in Tallinn in one of our repair teams. You will receive training on the spot and don’t need any specific experience – just attention to detail and willingness to get things done! Our operations is represented by an amazing team of diverse people from different backgrounds and our priority is to make sure that each and every employee feels welcome and included at their workplace – hope you want to cherish this wonderful inclusive community of ours.
The work will start on week 43 and interviews will be held on week 40.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Activating, diagnosing & grading all the incoming iPhones

Repairing faulty iPhones and their parts, such as screen, battery, ear speaker replacements, etc.

Unboxing parcels, diagnosing and handling returned iPhones
WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU

Have a strong desire to work in a big team and a passion for learning new skills.

Have an interest in sustainability and technology – Experience in iPhone repair or similar tasks is considered to be a plus, but not a must-have.

Are proficient in oral and written English

Have a TRP that allows you to work full-time and is valid until April 2026.

Are able to work in rotating shifts Mon-Fri (see exact schedule below ⬇️).
