ABOUT THE JOB

What You Will Do as a Process Analyst:

  • Support the continual improvement framework by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping teams design and implement enhancements that improve quality and performance
  • Map and document IT processes using standard methodologies
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, workshops, and feedback
  • Support ITIL4, Lean, and Agile improvement projects and assist in tracking benefits
  • Document lessons learned and improvement outcomes
  • Maintain process documentation repositories and ensure version control
  • Own a set of procedures and lower-level documents within the CIO office

What We Expect:

  • Experience with process mapping and analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile principles
  • Attention to detail and clear documentation style
  • Able to initiate and own topics end-to-end
  • Collaborative, improvement-oriented mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Understanding of IT governance frameworks, including the end-to-end design and effectiveness of processes and controls
  • Experience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworks
  • Strong project management skills, self-driven
  • Preferably background in banking or technology sector in a similar regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
