ABOUT THE JOB
What You Will Do as a Process Analyst:
- Support the continual improvement framework by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping teams design and implement enhancements that improve quality and performance
- Map and document IT processes using standard methodologies
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, workshops, and feedback
- Support ITIL4, Lean, and Agile improvement projects and assist in tracking benefits
- Document lessons learned and improvement outcomes
- Maintain process documentation repositories and ensure version control
- Own a set of procedures and lower-level documents within the CIO office
What We Expect:
- Experience with process mapping and analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ITIL4, COBIT, Lean, Six Sigma or Agile principles
- Attention to detail and clear documentation style
- Able to initiate and own topics end-to-end
- Collaborative, improvement-oriented mindset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks, including the end-to-end design and effectiveness of processes and controls
- Experience working in agile environments and/or familiarity with business agility frameworks
- Strong project management skills, self-driven
- Preferably background in banking or technology sector in a similar regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
