About the role:

As a Payroll Specialist in our People Training and Development team, you´ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who are passionate about creating a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. You main focus will be organizing and analyzing HR reporting and ensuring accurate payroll processing across  Estonia.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision and confidentiality

  • Prepare and submitting statutory declarations and statistics reports

  • Monitor employee-submitted vacation and sick leave entries

  • Conduct various HR-related data analyses to support decision-making

  • Collaborate with our IT development team to improve and automate HR processes

  • Contribute to the analysis, development, and administration of employee motivation programs

We´d love to have you on our team if you:
  • Have a background in economics, finance, or accounting, and previous experience in payroll and/or accounting

  • Are fast, accurate, and detail-oriented

  • Have an experience with Latvian or/and Lithuanian payroll process

  • Work independently and take initiative

  • Have a positive mindset and strong communication skills

  • Are ready to support colleagues across various HR-related topics

  • Communicate fluently in both Estonian and English, both written and spoken
