As a Global Courier Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of a diverse, international team building the foundations for our  Food’s global scale-up. You’ll support key areas of our courier operations, collaborating with colleagues from around the world in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role means proactively tackling business challenges, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and driving data-driven improvements that help us achieve our food delivery goals. You’ll act as a bridge between HQ and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on strategy and targets. Your work will directly influence how we onboard, engage, and support our couriers, and you’ll play a key role in identifying and implementing best practices across all markets.
