Overview:
We are looking for a Legal Manager to join our legal department. In this role, you will manage legal contracts, advise on legal issues, and work closely with external law firms on regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contracts and agreements

• Provide legal advice on company policies, compliance, and regulations

• Handle legal disputes and represent the company in legal matters

• Manage relationships with external legal counsel

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in corporate law

• Degree in Law (Juris Doctor or LLB)

• Strong understanding of business and regulatory laws

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
