Are you passionate about IT risk management, security, and driving organizational improvement? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Auditor to join our Internal Audit team, supporting cross-border audits across the Baltic region.

What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform risk assessments within the area of IT and information security to support the organization in reaching its strategic goals.
    • Plan, manage and participate in cross-border risk-based audit activities in the Baltic countries in line with the annual audit plan.
    • Write audit reports and ensure effective communication with responsible management on identified issues and actions.
    • Perform follow-up on the implementation of agreed actions.
    • Continuously learn new areas within the business and the directives, regulations, risks, and controls connected to them.

 

What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in auditing or consulting, preferably with a major auditing firm, focusing on IT, security, or change management. Non-audit experience will be considered if you have strong IT risk management and security proficiency.
    • Project management and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
    • Relevant certifications (or working towards): CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CRISC, ITIL are preferred.
    • Proactive mindset, passion for improvement, and a “can-do” attitude.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver on commitments.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, full working proficiency in English.
