ABOUT THE JOB
Are you passionate about IT risk management, security, and driving organizational improvement? We are seeking highly skilled and motivated ICT and Security Audit Team Lead to join our Internal Audit team. In this key role, you will lead a team of professionals, ensure high quality audit delivery across Luminor’s technology landscape, provide expert insights on technology risks, and support the organization in strengthening its internal control environment. You will work closely with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders to assess risk, evaluate control effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT Auditors
- Be aware of emerging technology risks, regulatory developments, and best practices
- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits and integrated audits across the organization
- Assess IT processes, systems, and controls related to cybersecurity, data protection, IT operations, change management, cloud environments, and application development
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in IT governance, risk management, and internal controls
- Provide clear, concise audit findings and recommendations to management and senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support remediation and follow‑up activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications (or working towards): CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CRISC, ITIL are preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of IT audit, cybersecurity, risk management, or relevant experience from auditing complex IT environments, cloud services, and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST, cloud security frameworks)
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams, including performance development, coaching, and team coordination
- Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Full working proficiency in English is required due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
