The Role

We are hiring a Growth Operations (Growth Ops) Analyst to support and optimize our commercial operations across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. This role reports into the Marketing team and plays a key role in ensuring that campaigns, tools, and processes across teams are well-coordinated, reliable, and scalable, from website and campaign execution to CRM workflows and performance reporting.

This is a junior professional role, ideal for someone with initial hands-on experience in HubSpot or another CRM who wants to deepen their expertise in sales and marketing operations, automation, and analytics.

You will own HubSpot across both marketing and sales use cases, ensure clean and reliable data flows, and act as a cross-functional partner to help teams operate more efficiently, with better visibility and alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot & CRM Management

  • Maintain CRM hygiene: data quality, structure, lifecycle stages, and pipelines

  • Manage contacts, companies, deals, and properties across sales and marketing

  • Support segmentation, enrichment, and ongoing CRM optimization

  • Website

  • Own the operational and technical marketing setup of the website (no coding required)

  • Create and manage landing pages for marketing and lead generation campaigns

  • Ensure website forms, CTAs, and lead capture mechanisms are properly configured and functioning

  • Coordinate with internal or external technical resources when needed to resolve issues or implement improvements

  • Sales & Marketing Operations Support

  • Support marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, lead flows)

  • Ensure smooth handover between marketing, sales, and business development

  • Assist with lead routing, qualification rules, and follow-up workflows

  • Automation & AI-Driven Processes

  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for automation and task assignment

  • Support experimentation with AI tools for enrichment, reporting, and efficiency

  • Reduce manual work and improve consistency across processes

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs

  • Support dashboards and performance analysis for management

  • Help document and improve operational processes

  • Cross-Team Support

  • Act as an operational link between sales, marketing, and growth teams

  • Support ad-hoc operational and tooling needs as the business scales

Desired Background & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, data, operations, or a related field

Experience

  • Initial professional experience (internship or full-time) working with a CRM

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred

  • Exposure to sales operations, marketing operations, or RevOps is a plus

Skills

  • Strong CRM and data mindset; detail-oriented and process-driven

  • Comfortable managing website tools, forms, landing pages, and tracking setups (marketing-side, non-technical)

  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking

  • Comfortable with tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows

  • Analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret KPIs

  • Clear communicator, able to work across sales and marketing teams

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
