You have a good grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial processes.
You have at least 2+ years of experience in Finance.
You have strong hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
You are excited about working with stakeholders and users and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You step into their shoes, understand their needs, and find the most effective solutions for them.
You act like an owner: managing your priorities and backlog and constantly aligning with teams impacting your work.
You can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
