About the role

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing customer support primarily through live chat and email (phone calls are excluded).
  • Handling diverse customer inquiries related to games, payments, bonuses, and other aspects of the business.
  • Proactively communicating customer feedback and concerns to the rest of the team.
  • Assisting other internal teams with occasional tasks that are closely related to the business operations.
