Join our growing Customer Success team! As a Customer Success Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical support and customer satisfaction, ensuring our clients are getting the most value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers

  • Assist with product implementations and integrations

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by offering proactive advice

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or technical support

  • Familiar with CRM software and ticketing systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly

  • A customer-first mindset
