• Manage and update client information in TMS and CRM systems, as well as internal documentation.

• Ensure that linguists and other vendors receive the necessary information for successful service delivery, facilitating clear communication and seamless execution.

• Create and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a dedicated point of contact for ongoing support.

• Keep track of emerging technology and language industry trends to improve internal processes and services.
