Main tasks and responsibilities:
Define, implement, and continuously improve Bolt’s global Health & Safety strategy.
Lead and develop the global safety team, ensuring strong performance management and professional growth.
Oversee global safety operations, including incident reporting, investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement of safety systems, frameworks, training programs, and standard operational prodecure governance.
Lead cross-functional and global safety projects, delivering measurable outcomes under deadlines.
Report on safety performance, risks, and initiatives, providing clear, data-driven insights to management.
About you:
Proven experience leading Occupational Health & Safety, quality, or risk functions in a global or multi-regional environment.
Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to set strategic direction and translate it into scalable, operational processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive safety and quality improvements.
Proactive, ownership-driven approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement and accountability.
