As the Global Safety Manager, you will define what excellent looks like for safety . Success in this role means building and embedding a global safety framework that is proactive, standardised, and integrated into how we operate, while still being flexible enough to work across diverse regions and business units. You will lead a global safety team and work closely with different other stakeholders. Your work will range from setting strategy and global standards to leading high-impact safety initiatives, improving incident reporting systems, and responding to critical safety events when they matter most.
