Role Summary

The Digital Asset Operations Analyst will support the monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and administration of digital asset transactions and related financial activities.

The role involves reviewing transaction records, monitoring wallet-related operational information, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records across relevant digital asset systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, compliance, technology, and operations teams to ensure that digital asset activities are properly documented and processed in accordance with established internal procedures.

This position requires an understanding of digital asset infrastructure, blockchain transaction processes, financial reconciliation, and operational risk controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital asset transaction activities across supported platforms and operational systems.

• Review transaction records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Support the reconciliation of digital asset balances against internal financial records and platform-generated reports.

• Monitor transaction statuses, confirmations, and processing exceptions across relevant blockchain networks.

• Investigate discrepancies involving transaction amounts, wallet records, asset balances, and transaction histories.

• Maintain accurate operational records covering digital asset movements and related financial activities.

• Support the preparation of digital asset operations reports and reconciliation summaries.

• Coordinate with compliance teams on documentation requirements and transaction-related operational reviews.

• Assist in monitoring wallet-related operational activities and established asset management procedures.

• Work with technology teams to investigate transaction processing issues and platform-related incidents.

• Support the development of procedures for transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and exception management.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational controls and reduce manual processing activities.

• Maintain documentation covering digital asset workflows, transaction procedures, and internal reporting standards.

• Monitor changes in supported blockchain networks that may affect transaction processing or operational procedures.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving digital asset administration and financial reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least three years of experience in digital asset operations, fintech operations, financial reconciliation, or cryptocurrency-related financial services.

• Understanding of blockchain transaction processes, digital asset transfers, and wallet infrastructure.

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, balance reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.

• Experience using financial reporting tools and spreadsheet applications.

• Understanding of digital asset operational risks and internal financial controls.

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, transaction identifiers, and digital asset reporting platforms.

• Ability to investigate transaction discrepancies and document operational findings.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of customer information protection and compliance-related operational procedures.

• Familiarity with SQL or financial data analysis tools is an advantage.

• Professional proficiency in English. Estonian language skills are beneficial.
