Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced FX Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of foreign exchange trading products and brokerage solutions in Estonia. This role focuses on translating client needs, market developments, and business objectives into reliable, competitive, and scalable FX products for retail and institutional customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with software engineering, trading operations, quantitative research, compliance, design, and customer support teams to deliver product enhancements across trading platforms, account services, pricing interfaces, and execution workflows. The position requires a strong understanding of FX markets, product lifecycle management, and technology-driven financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for FX trading platforms and brokerage services, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimisation.

• Gather customer feedback, analyse user behaviour, and assess market trends to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.

• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised development backlogs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver enhancements to trading interfaces, order management workflows, pricing displays, and account functionality.

• Work with dealing and liquidity teams to understand execution quality, spreads, order handling, pricing transparency, and other factors affecting product performance.

• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure product features align with applicable regulatory requirements, customer protection standards, and internal policies.

• Define product performance indicators, monitor adoption and engagement, and use data to evaluate the impact of product releases.

• Conduct competitor analysis covering FX platforms, brokerage services, execution capabilities, pricing models, and client experience.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, release planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication for product launches.

• Maintain product roadmaps and ensure priorities reflect customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory obligations, and business objectives.

• Identify recurring customer pain points and work with relevant teams to improve platform usability, operational efficiency, and service reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in product management within FX brokerage, fintech, trading technology, investment services, or another financial technology environment.

• Understanding of FX instruments, trading workflows, spreads, liquidity, order execution, and brokerage account structures.

• Experience developing product roadmaps, writing product requirements, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product development platforms.

• Ability to interpret product analytics, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform prioritisation.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Awareness of EU financial services regulation and the implications of product design for regulated brokerage services.

• Professional English proficiency; Estonian language skills are advantageous.
