The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our development cycle. You will be responsible for translating user needs into meaningful product experiences. This is a highly collaborative role where you will bridge the gap between our engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that everything we build is user-obsessed. You will define the roadmap for your specific product vertical, conduct deep-dive user research, and iterate on features based on real-world feedback. You are the architect of the user journey, ensuring every click and interaction adds value to our customers’ financial well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in product management, specifically within consumer-facing software or fintech.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You should be as comfortable presenting a roadmap to stakeholders as you are facilitating a brainstorming session with designers.
• Methodology: Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and data-driven product development.
• Empathy: A deep desire to understand user pain points and a commitment to designing inclusive, accessible financial tools.
• Languages: Excellent command of English; the ability to build relationships with our diverse local and international user base.
