As a Regulatory Change Manager within the Retail Product & Systems Department, you will play a key role in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business solutions. By connecting regulatory expectations with product and operational needs, you will help drive compliance, regulatory readiness, and a strong risk culture across Luminor.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Act as a trusted advisor on daily banking services regulatory matters for a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization
• Lead and coordinate activities required to monitor, manage, and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables throughout Luminor
• Identify and oversee daily banking services risks, perform risk and control assessments, prepare risk reporting, and contribute to broader risk management processes
• Ensure internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and risk documentation remain up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements
• Support external communications and responses related to daily banking services, including interactions with regulators, customers, and other external stakeholders
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management, providing insights on regulatory developments, risks, and implementation progress
• Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators and auditors, and coordinate regulatory reviews and audit activities with internal and external partners

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3+ years of experience in Banking, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management or Audit
• Good understanding of banking legislation, Baltic and European regulatory frameworks governing banking services
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics in a clear and practical way
• Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across the organization
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering results
• University degree, preferably in Law, Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, Project Management or a related field
• Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
