As a Regulatory Change Manager within the Retail Product & Systems Department, you will play a key role in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business solutions. By connecting regulatory expectations with product and operational needs, you will help drive compliance, regulatory readiness, and a strong risk culture across Luminor.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Act as a trusted advisor on daily banking services regulatory matters for a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization
- Lead and coordinate activities required to monitor, manage, and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables throughout Luminor
- Identify and oversee daily banking services risks, perform risk and control assessments, prepare risk reporting, and contribute to broader risk management processes
- Ensure internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and risk documentation remain up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Support external communications and responses related to daily banking services, including interactions with regulators, customers, and other external stakeholders
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management, providing insights on regulatory developments, risks, and implementation progress
- Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators and auditors, and coordinate regulatory reviews and audit activities with internal and external partners
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3+ years of experience in Banking, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management or Audit
- Good understanding of banking legislation, Baltic and European regulatory frameworks governing banking services
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics in a clear and practical way
- Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across the organization
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering results
- University degree, preferably in Law, Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, Project Management or a related field
- Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
