- Shape the team’s approach to agentic AI, including the design of reliable, secure, and useful AI-powered experiences and automations.
- Make architecture and build-vs-buy decisions, helping the team choose practical and sustainable solutions for new technical needs.
- Stay hands-on when needed, contributing to technical design, code reviews, and implementation of key parts of the platform, while ensuring strong standards for security, privacy, access control, and reliability.
About you
- Strong experience designing and building backend systems, integrations, APIs, or automation platforms and experience with AI/LLM-powered automation or agentic systems.
- Experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or senior technical leader, with a track record of leading and developing engineers.
- Experience making technical and architecture decisions, with the ability to clearly communicate the trade-offs behind them.
- Comfortable working with legacy systems and leading complex migrations or major changes without disrupting critical business processes.
- Experience mentoring team members and raising a team’s technical standards, ways of working, and overall engineering quality.
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data, including strong access-control and privacy practices, is also a plus.

- Celebrate 5 years with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
