We are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to bridge finance, technology, and business operations across a modern fintech environment.

The role is suited to an experienced professional who can understand complex financial processes, translate business requirements into technology solutions, and improve the systems used to manage transactions, accounting, reporting, and financial operations.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with finance, engineering, product, operations, and data teams to ensure financial systems remain accurate, scalable, integrated, and fit for a rapidly evolving digital-finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial processes and translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Support the development and improvement of financial-management platforms.
• Map transaction flows between payment, banking, accounting, and reporting systems.
• Identify process gaps, data inconsistencies, and system-control weaknesses.
• Coordinate system integrations between finance and operational platforms.
• Develop detailed functional requirements and process documentation.
• Work with developers during solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Support reconciliation and financial-data integrity initiatives.
• Investigate system-related financial discrepancies.
• Develop reporting requirements for finance and management teams.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and automation projects.
• Recommend improvements that reduce manual financial operations.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, business analysis, fintech operations, banking technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial transaction processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of financial data structures and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.

Technical Environment

Experience with SQL, REST APIs, ERP/financial platforms, cloud services, data warehouses, BI tools, workflow automation, and integration technologies is advantageous.
