Lead strategic initiatives across blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, tokenised financial products, and emerging financial technologies. The role is designed for an experienced fintech executive capable of combining market intelligence, technology strategy, commercial development, and risk-aware execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities for blockchain and digital-asset initiatives within the broader fintech portfolio.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, digital-asset infrastructure, tokenisation models, and decentralised financial applications.
• Develop business cases, financial models, strategic roadmaps, and investment assessments for new initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, infrastructure platforms, and specialist fintech firms.
• Work closely with product, engineering, finance, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to move strategic concepts into implementation.
• Monitor developments across European digital-asset and blockchain markets.
• Assess operational, technological, commercial, and regulatory considerations associated with new financial products.
• Establish performance indicators and governance frameworks for strategic technology programmes.
• Prepare executive-level analysis and recommendations for major investment and product decisions.
• Represent the organisation in strategic discussions with external financial and technology stakeholders.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, technology, consulting, digital assets, or a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, digital financial products, payments, and financial-market infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology or business strategy.
• Excellent commercial judgement, analytical ability, and executive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the European fintech ecosystem.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
