About the Role
As a Logistics Support Lead, you will manage endtoend distribution operations, ensuring efficient delivery, strong 3PL performance, and high service quality. You’ll focus on cost optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across fleet, warehouse, and logistics processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage country distribution operations (warehouse, fleet, 3PL).
- Monitor and improve 3PL performance and service levels.
- Control logistics costs, budgeting, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Resolve logistics issues and support customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in logistics.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of managerial experience in logistics.
- Strong stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, and English.
- Strong MS Office skills; driver’s license required.
