Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Executive to provide strategic leadership across digital lending, credit technology, automated decisioning, and next-generation financing products. The role will focus on developing scalable credit ecosystems that combine technology, analytics, customer intelligence, and disciplined financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for digital lending and technology-enabled credit products.
• Identify opportunities to improve lending journeys through automation and intelligent decisioning.
• Oversee the development of digital credit products from concept through commercialization.
• Establish frameworks for credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and lending performance.
• Analyze customer, portfolio, and transaction data to identify opportunities and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with technology teams on automated credit-decisioning and scoring capabilities.
• Develop strategies for improving customer acquisition, approval efficiency, portfolio quality, and retention.
• Evaluate new lending technologies, data sources, and financial partnerships.
• Establish performance frameworks covering portfolio growth, repayment behavior, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance assessments to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving product, risk, technology, finance, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in fintech, banking, lending, financial technology, or strategic financial services.
• Strong knowledge of digital lending and credit ecosystems.
• Experience with data-driven financial decision-making.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
