Data Analyst

Role Overview
The Data Analyst will transform financial, customer, operational, and transactional data into actionable insights that support business and technology decisions. The role combines quantitative analysis, data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence within a fast-moving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction, customer, revenue, operational, and product datasets.
• Develop dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and relationships within financial data.
• Produce analytical insights for management and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs covering customer growth, transaction volumes, revenue, retention, and operational performance.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and analytical datasets.
• Clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Support forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and work with technical teams to resolve data-quality issues.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, finance, risk, operations, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and better data models.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis within fintech, banking, technology, or financial services.
• Strong SQL and Excel capabilities.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
